Terms and Conditions for School Buses June 2026

 

Please read these conditions of carriage carefully 

 

These conditions of carriage set out clearly and simply the responsibilities which we have to you and which you in turn have to us.

 

Behaviour: Do not be distruptive for rude, Good behaviour is required at all times and do not compromise the safety, comfort or well-being of any other passengers or the driver as this will NOT be tolerated

 

Exclusion: Any reported misbehaviour from our drivers or other pupils will result in a phone call to the parents or guardians. We expect reassurance from parents or guardians that they will maintain control over their child on the bus. Continued poor behaviour may result in the child being removed from the coach WITHOUT a refund. Serious incidents, inc. confrontations between students/pupils and with our driver, may lead to terminal of travel. These occurrences will be thoroughly investigated, and the childs/pupils/student's school will be noified.

 

Boarding: Once onboard the coach take a seat straight away and ensure your seat is fastened and remains fastened.

 

Awareness: Be alert at all times and preper to evacuate the coach in the event of an emergency.

 

Coach Times: Please be at your stop at least 5 minutes BEFORE the scheduled departure time. We won't and cannot accept responsibility for any delays in boarding. If you miss the coach it's your responsibility to make your way to the next scheduled stop.

 

Seat Selection: We have given you the oppotunity to select your seating for an additional cost, this gaurantees you a seat where you want to sit.

 

Mobile Phones: We recommend parents/guardians give their child a phone to use for commucation with you whilst on the bus to notify you of delays etc.

 

Eating and Drinking: both are strictly forbidden expect for drinking water during warm months.

 

Lost Property: You are responsible for your personal belongings, we will not take any responsibility for anything lost. In the event of something being left on the coach inform us straight away.

 

Bringing a plus 1: Bringing a friend home for dinner or sleep over? let us know and we can arrange a fee for your friend
